Staying positive and keeping my motivation up has really helped me with my business. Positivity and encouragement is the foundation for many things. Without it, where would we be? The same goes for hope, faith… Whatever you choose to call it.
Because I know that we all need a little encouragement, I have compiled a list of inspirational quotes for the 2020 new year! (Feel free to pin these for later.)

“Know that you can start fresh every. single. morning.”
It is so important to remember that you’re human… Things happen… Life happens… It’s okay. Just remember that you can take a deep breath, and start fresh tomorrow.
“A year from now you’ll be glad you started today.”
I freaking love this one and it is so, SO true. I wish I had started working on my dreams in high school. Where would I be right now if I had? But more importantly, where will I be this time next year?
“Without struggle, there is no progress.”
It may suck, but it’s really only when you hit rock bottom that you realize afterwards, the only way you can go from there is up.

“You glow differently when you’re actually happy.”
Whether this is about a relationship, a job, or your life in general. I encourage you to take a moment and think about what you could do to change your situation… What would make you happy, right now?
“We cannot become what we want by remaining what we are.”
If you want to be happy, successful, healthier, smarter… What things do you have to change to make that happen? Take baby steps for this one, lifestyle changes take time.
“Great things never come from comfort zones.”
This is another one of my favorites. I got reeeal comfortable after I became a stay at home mom… It took me a moment to break free, but I did it. I was sweating, I said omg like 10 times, my pulse was racing – but I finally shared about what I was working on (my blog – I became public about it just this year).

“It’s not who you are that holds you back, it’s who you think you’re not.”
Let’s talk simply with this one… Stop saying you’re not a morning person. Because you could be.
“Success is achieved by those who try and keep trying.”
YES! π It doesn’t matter what or how or when, because all that matters is that you TRY. It might take you a bit, but success is inevitable when you keep trying.
“You wanting a sign… Is a sign.”
This is where it starts… A desire for change. What else could you possibly be waiting for? It starts with you.

“Keep going, because you did not come this far to only come this far.”
This one resonates with me the most I think because I’ve worked so hard for everything I’ve created. And sometimes I get stuck… I lose my motivation and drive. But I refuse to let all that hard work go to waste.
“If not now, then when?”
Of all quotes I’ve read, this one always makes me stop in my tracks. Because it truly makes me think about my excuses and what I’m prioritizing over whatever it may be.
“If you don’t make time for wellness, you’ll be forced to make time for illness.”
My mother instilled this in me from a very young age… And it stayed with me so much that it is now a main focus in my life. Taking care of yourself is extremely important and doing so in a way that works with your body in the most natural way possible is how you’ll thrive the best.

“Everything will be okay in the end… If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.”
This is something you need to know. Everything WILL be okay. You just have to get through it.
“Love yourself first.”
This isn’t selfish. You deserve every little bit of love, kindness, and encouragement you give to everyone else.
“Clutter is nothing more than postponed decisions.”
Boy, is this the most accurate thing… Have you read Marie Kondo’s book yet? No? I listen to the audio book when I clean (like deep clean so good, I get rid of everything) and it has made a WORLD of a difference. It has alleviated stress and anxiety I didn’t even know I had.

“What would you do if you weren’t afraid?”
This is another one that makes me stop in my tracks. I mean seriously, think about all the possibilities.
“If you don’t ask, the answer is always no.”
Again, one of my favorites. If you want something but aren’t willing to ask for it or work for it, how do you expect to ever receive or accomplish it?
“Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.”
Failing means that I tried, but maybe I didn’t do everything that I could have… Or maybe I didn’t know exactly what I needed to do to succeed. Any time I have ever felt like I truly failed to accomplish something I’ve learned from my experience, it has never felt like a waste of time.

“You kinda owe it to yourself to do all the things you’ve dreamed of.”
I love this because everyone is deserving of something more, especially you.
“Disconnect to reconnect.”
I chose this to be the last one I shared with you all because I think that while it’s important to hustle and work on your dreams and goals. You’ll need to take a break. It can become exhausting and honestly it’s a reason why so many people end up giving up on their dreams. I don’t want you to burn out so turn off your phone, your laptop, the tv… Get some fresh air, reflect, breathe, drink some water and just take time to be in the moment.
I hope some of these speak out to you, and if they do – please share! I hope you have an amazing New Years eve.
