Once an order has been placed, unfortunately, we cannot make order changes in anyway (i.e., item color or size, quantities, shipping address). The order would have to be cancelled and redone, please see our cancellation policy below.
At this time, this shop does not accept returns OR exchanges, but please contact us within 3 business days from date of delivery if there’s a problem with your order.
In order to ensure that our orders can be fulfilled quickly, cancellations can only be made within the first 7 hours from an order being placed. Cancellation refunds will be made to their original payment method. Please contact us for more information.
Package Refusal Notice
Per our shop policy, cancellations have a strict window time and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you refuse your package upon delivery, we will not be responsible for the returned package and you will not be issued a refund.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and usually ship between 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
This shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
This shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
